How to redeem the code

On the consolePS5 / PS4
Open the menu:
  1. Settings
  2. Users and Accounts
  3. Account
  4. Payment and Subscriptions
  5. Redeem Codes
Enter the 12-character code and confirm — the amount is added to your wallet.
On the web or in PS AppWeb / iOS / Android
  1. 01Sign in to your PSN account on the PlayStation Store website or in the PS App.
  2. 02On the website, click your avatar; in the app, open PlayStation Store and the “⋯” menu. Choose “Redeem Code”.
  3. 03Enter the code and confirm — your balance updates immediately.

How to find your account region

Check the currency in PS StorePrices in ₹ mean an Indian account, in TL — Turkish. In $ — US or UAE: the store address tells them apart (step 2).

Check the store addressSign in on the PlayStation Store website — the link contains the region code: en-tr, en-us, en-ae, en-in.

Or on the consoleSettings → Users and Accounts → Account → Profile — the “Country/Region” line.
△A code from another region won't redeemA Turkish code won't work on a US account, and vice versa. A PSN account's region can't be changed after sign-up, and an issued code can't be returned — check the region before paying.

Yes. When signing up for a new PSN account, choose “Turkey” as the country — then top it up with lira codes. An existing account's region can't be changed, so people usually open a separate account for TL purchases. Message support if you need step-by-step help.
