Refunds & exchanges

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the activation key has not been used and has not been viewed in the "Game library" section.

Accessories and decor have a standard 30-day return period, provided the items remain in resellable condition.

Go to the "Orders" section of your account, select the order, and click "Request refund", or contact support directly.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Refunds are not available for activation keys that have already been used, or for items purchased at a discount of more than 70% during special sales.
